This role sits within the Financial Operations team and works closely with Reporting and Finance colleagues. It offers an opportunity to strengthen technical accounting expertise while collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders and contributing to accurate and compliant financial reporting. ## What you’ll do * Lead the delivery of monthly IFRS 15 reporting to Group, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness * Support monthly Group reporting and annual statutory reporting in line with IFRS 15 requirements * Act as a key point of contact for IFRS 15-related queries from Group Reporting * Maintain up-to-date process documentation and support a strong controls environment * Collaborate with the Shared Service Centre in Pune, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement * Support internal audit processes, including responding to queries and strengthening controls * Assist with external statutory audits, including preparing deliverables and coordinating stakeholder inputs * Identify inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements, including automation and AI-enabled solutions ## Who you are * A qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) with strong technical accounting knowledge, ideally IFRS 15 * Knowledgeable in controls, process documentation, and audit practices * Comfortable working collaboratively across teams, including offshore delivery models * Highly organised, able to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities * Proactive in identifying and implementing process improvements using digital tools * Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data and apply sound judgement * A confident communicator, able to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders ## Not a perfect fit?
