This role focuses on designing, building, integrating and maintaining scalable RESTful services and modern web interfaces using Java, Node.js, Spring Boot and React. The individual will work closely with solution designers, developers and stakeholders across the software development lifecycle, contributing to high-quality, reliable and reusable API-led solutions in an agile environment. ## What you will do * Design and implement responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using React and modern JavaScript frameworks. * Build, enhance and maintain secure, scalable back-end services using Java (Spring Boot) and Node.js. * Develop, integrate and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring consistency, reliability and performance. * Manage and interact with SQL databases (such as Oracle, MySQL or PostgreSQL) to support efficient data storage and retrieval. * Bridge front-end and back-end components to ensure seamless system integration and data flow. * Take ownership of end-to-end testing, debugging, reconciliation and troubleshooting activities. * Contribute to API documentation, specifications and automation frameworks. * Work within Agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban or SAFe), supporting sprint planning, backlog refinement and continuous improvement. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify issues early, propose solutions and support timely delivery. ## Who you are ### * An experienced software professional with 4+ years of hands-on development experience. * Proficient in Java, Node.js and Spring Boot, with the ability to debug and resolve issues at code level. * Skilled in front-end development using React for dynamic web interfaces. * Experienced in API development, integration and lifecycle ownership. * Knowledgeable in AWS cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Kubernetes and Terraform. * Familiar with AI-assisted development tools (for example, GitLab Duo). * Comfortable working in Agile frameworks and cross-functional teams. * A clear communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills. * Analytical, detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and resolving problems. * Ideally experienced in telecom environments and SAFe Agile delivery ## What’s in it for you ### * Opportunity to work on large-scale, enterprise-grade digital platforms within a global organisation. * Exposure to modern cloud-native architectures, automation and DevOps practices. * A collaborative and inclusive work environment aligned with Agile values and ownership-driven delivery. * The chance to influence reusable integration patterns and reduce implementation effort across teams. * Flexible work locations across Pune and Bangalore. ## What skills you will learn ### * Advanced API integration, testing and automation techniques. * Cloud-native application design and infrastructure understanding on AWS. * Working with Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform. * Applying AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality. * Deepened understanding of large-scale content and integration ecosystems in a telecom context. ## Not a Perfect Fit?
