## About this Role
We are seeking an individual to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant invoice processing for Fixed Line, Carrier, and B2B services, while consistently meeting productivity, quality, and service-level expectations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining financial accuracy, managing vendor queries, and supporting continuous improvement across finance operations
## What you’ll do
Process, validate, and post invoices in line with defined invoice processing standards and internal control requirements.Maintain full adherence to productivity and activity monitoring expectations, achieving daily productive hour targets and managing idle time effectively.Ensure high-quality outcomes by keeping invoice corrections, reversals, and rejections within defined quality thresholds.Monitor invoice ageing and ensure no invoices breach agreed service levels, unless approved exceptions apply.Manage vendor and internal queries, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate escalation of aged queries.Identify recurring vendor issues and billing patterns, perform root cause analysis, and recommend improvements to mitigate risk.Maintain accurate documentation and support audit requirements and quality management system updates.
## Who you are
Experienced in Accounts Payable operations with a strong understanding of end-to-end invoice processing.Knowledgeable in invoice validation, posting, and structured vendor query handling.Familiar with finance and workflow systems such as SAP and related invoice or service management tools.Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.Confident in written and spoken English, with strong documentation and stakeholder follow-up skills.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting and operational tasks.
