If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact. ## What you’ll do •Coordinate regional network activities and support implementation of central plans to ensure smooth operational / financial performance and consistent service quality. •Work closely with finance and accounting teams, managing processes such as department budgets preparation, payment/SAP integration, cash management, financial compliance, accruals, and depreciation to ensure accurate and efficient operations. •Manage and monitor team’s digital projects and audit processes, ensuring timely execution and compliance with company standards. •Monitor KPIs and lead strategy development and execution to improve performance; these KPIs measure financial process effectiveness and guide decisions for operational enhancement. •Ensure effective communication between regional and central teams, support smooth operations, and create, update, and monitor implementation of departmental guideline documents. ## Who you are •Degree qualified in a Science or an Engineering discipline •Min 5 years of network experience •Solid understanding of finance and accounting processes, including SAP, cash management, accruals, and depreciation. •Budget management/execution experience •Ability to manage digitalisation projects and audit processes efficiently. •Strategic thinking and KPI-driven decision-making. •Excellent command of Excel, MicroStrategy BI Tools, Jira, SQL and Digital Project Management tools. •Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, ability to multi-task •Good stakeholder’s management •Strong performance & customer orientation •Ability to work across multi-functional and cultural boundaries to deliver results/change •Execution and results oriented. •Excellent English skills ## Not a perfect fit?
