The role involves interacting with internal teams and suppliers, maintaining network performance, supporting incident resolution, and contributing to the successful delivery of operational objectives ## What you’ll do * Perform network maintenance activities requiring analytical skills and relevant technological understanding. * Identify and escalate software and hardware issues as needed. * Document network incidents clearly and accurately in the appropriate systems. * Maintain communication with suppliers and collaborate effectively with internal Vodafone teams ## Who you are * You demonstrate the ability to understand technical concepts and analyse data. * You have knowledge of key architectures and protocols related to access, core and transmission networks for both fixed and mobile environments. * You can collaborate with virtual project teams and work effectively with partners and customers across different countries. * You communicate fluently in English and Romanian. * It is an advantage if you have knowledge of equipment technologies, IT systems specific to access, core and transport domains, and associated operating systems. ## Not a perfect fit?
