This role focuses on understanding user stories, translating them into effective test scenarios, ensuring traceability across requirements and test artefacts, and collaborating with global teams to uphold Salesforce best practices across Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. ## What you’ll do * Analyse user stories and change sets to create detailed test cases, scenarios, and test scripts * Develop and maintain traceability between requirements, specifications, rules, and test artefacts * Execute system and integration testing in Salesforce environments * Identify, log, track, and support resolution of defects using test and defect management tools * Participate in defect triage and peer reviews to ensure quality outcomes * Prepare, manage, and manipulate test data to support test execution * Provide regular testing status updates and highlight risks or issues in a timely manner * Contribute to knowledge management and continuous improvement initiatives * Collaborate with offshore and onshore designers and stakeholders throughout the Salesforce lifecycle ## Who you are * An individual with 3-4yrs hands-on experience in Salesforce testing, with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills * Experienced in Salesforce feature testing, rule‑based testing, and use‑case‑driven testing * Proficient in defect management and test management tools such as Mercury Quality Center, Jira, and Confluence * Knowledgeable in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud * Comfortable working with complex systems and translating requirements into effective test coverage * Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline * Bring at least 3 years of experience in Salesforce testing * Salesforce Certified Administrator * Exposure to test automation concepts is advantageous * Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant certification is preferred ## Not a perfect fit?
