Key Accountabilities: * Drive store profitability through the achievement of sales and performance targets while leading, motivating, and inspiring employees to deliver both qualitative and quantitative results. * Ensure full compliance with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards. * Initiate and implement improvements to enhance overall store operations and performance. * Effectively meet and exceed customer needs through high-quality service delivery. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with shop customers and the local community, ensuring timely, professional, and effective resolution of customer ## Who you are * Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field, with excellent written and verbal command of Greek and English * At least 4 years of working experience in a sales position * Exhibit strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities, contributing collaboratively to a team-driven, innovative, and forward-thinking culture. * High degree of flexibility with proven problem identification, handling, and resolution capabilities * Monitoring and reporting sales performance results * Demonstrating strong understanding and effective use of new technologies and emerging trends ## Not a perfect fit?
