Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday You'll play a meaningful part in shaping the future of the UK's largest mobile network as it comes together. As a Finance Lead within Consumer Operations, you'll partner closely with teams across the business, helping to bring clarity to complex decisions and guiding the organisation through an exciting period of transformation. Your insight and thoughtful approach will help create efficiencies, strengthen decision-making, and ensure we deliver the best possible outcomes for our customers and colleagues. You'll take ownership of financial planning for Consumer Operations opex, shaping forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans with care and precision You'll provide thoughtful month-end analysis, helping leaders understand performance and feel confident in their decisions You'll build strong, trusting relationships with operational teams, offering supportive challenge and meaningful financial insight You'll uncover opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs, using data to tell a clear and compelling story You'll support the development of business cases, staying close to outcomes and sharing learnings to help the business grow You'll play an important role in bringing teams and processes together, encouraging continuous improvement and smoother ways of working You'll help maintain strong governance, proactively identifying risks and working collaboratively to resolve them You'll bring a strong understanding of operational finance, ideally within a Consumer Operations or similar environment You hold (or are working towards) a professional finance qualification such as ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent You'll have experience building positive, trusting partnerships and influencing outcomes with empathy and confidence You'll have a keen eye for detail, taking pride in accuracy and delivering high-quality work You'll enjoy collaborating with others and contributing to a supportive, inclusive team environment You'll be curious and open to new ideas, with a passion for continuous improvement You'll feel comfortable working with data, using tools like Excel and PowerPoint to communicate insights clearly You'll approach change with resilience and a proactive mindset, helping others feel supported through transformation
