  Screen, evaluate, and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment programs

  Design effective treatment plans and establish functional goals

• →

  Implement therapeutic interventions to improve independence in daily living skills

• →

  Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support resident outcomes

• →

  Educate residents, families, and caregivers on adaptive strategies and equipment use

• →

  Complete accurate and timely documentation and billing

• →

  Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations

• Current Occupational Therapist licensure in Oregon or eligibility for licensure

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy

• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and collaboration skills

• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required

• Commitment to patient-centered, goal-driven care
