Weekend Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are looking for a caring and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our supportive team and provide exceptional care to our residents.

As an LPN, you'll play an important role in providing quality care and building meaningful relationships with our residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

• →Providing compassionate nursing care
• →Assessing residents and monitoring changes in condition
• →Administering medications and treatments
• →Following individualized care plans
• →Supervising and supporting CNAs
• →Communicating with residents, families, physicians, and the care team
• →Completing required nursing documentation
• →Following state and federal regulations

• Current LPN license in the state of practice
• Strong clinical and communication skills
