Software Engineering Manager (Java, Node.js, Frontend, AWS)

• →Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team working across Java backend, modern frontend frameworks, and Node.js-based microservices.
• →Drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable applications deployed on AWS Cloud infrastructure.
• →Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements, system architecture, and sprint plans.
• →Set engineering best practices around code quality, testing, CI/CD, security, and cloud-native development.
• →Review code, troubleshoot performance issues, and support production systems with a focus on reliability and scalability.
• →Foster a high-performance, inclusive engineering culture focused on continuous learning and growth.

• Min 10 years of hands-on software development experience with strong expertise in Java, Node.js, and modern frontend technologies (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue).
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring engineering teams, with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership or engineering management role.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native application architecture, with practical experience deploying and scaling systems on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.).
• Strong grasp of system design, microservices, and modern DevOps practices including CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and translate technical ideas into clear business value.
• A passion for clean code, performance optimization, and building high-quality software in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve system reliability, scalability, and performance while aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives
