Do you enjoy connecting with people, planning engaging activities, and helping others make the most of each day? We're looking for a compassionate and energetic Life Enrichment Assistant to join our team and help create a positive, fulfilling experience for our residents.

In this role, you'll assist with developing and leading activities, events, and social opportunities that encourage engagement, promote well-being, and foster meaningful relationships. Your creativity and enthusiasm will help bring joy, purpose, and connection to those we serve.

Responsibilities

→Assist with planning and facilitating recreational, educational, and social activities
→Encourage resident participation and engagement in daily programs
→Help coordinate special events, celebrations, and outings
→Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
→Support a welcoming atmosphere that promotes dignity, independence, and quality of life
→Contribute new ideas that enhance resident experiences
