Life Enrichment Assistant (Full Time)

• →Assist in planning, organizing, and leading resident activities and enrichment programs
• →Encourage resident participation in social, recreational, and therapeutic activities
• →Build positive relationships with residents and support individual interests and abilities
• →Assist with decorating, special events, outings, and holiday celebrations
• →Observe, report, and document resident participation and responses to activities
• →Support resident safety, comfort, and well-being during activities and events
• →Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
• →Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

• Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care and engagement
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with older adults
• Dependable, professional, and committed to enhancing resident quality of life
• Creative, organized, and willing to learn
• Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and coworkers

Qualified candidates will possess high personal integrity, a caring attitude, and portray a positive image. Experience working with older adults is preferred but not required. Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, creativity, reliability, and a passion for enriching the lives of residents.

• Full-time hourly position
• Every other Saturday required
• Holiday rotation required
