• →Plan and lead engaging daily activities and events
• →Develop monthly activity calendars
• →Encourage resident participation and build positive relationships
• →Coordinate outings, special events, and holiday celebrations
• →Collaborate with residents, families, volunteers, and team members
• →Maintain activity records and required documentation
• →Ensure activities meet the interests and needs of residents

• Positive, energetic, and compassionate personality
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in activities, recreation, healthcare, or related field preferred
• Must be able to assist residents during activities and events
