Maintenance Assistant - Sumner Place

Our Maintenance Assistants are essential in providing Quality Life to our residents through helping ensure our facility remains pristine and all services fully functional.

This is a full-time position with a rotating on-call requirement. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm.

Job duties include:

• Routine upkeep of facility equipment and maintenance of the facility grounds.
• Timely completion of work orders.

Candidates should have 1-2 years practical maintenance or related experience. They will possess high personal integrity and passion for providing an outstanding facility to our residents. Our maintenance department stays active on their feet while lifting items up to 75 pounds, pushing, and carrying items. Active driver's license required.
