People Development Coordinator (Human Resource Director)

As our People Development Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting team members throughout their employment journey. Your responsibilities will include:

• →Leading recruiting efforts to attract, interview, and hire quality candidates
• →Creating a welcoming onboarding experience for new team members
• →Assisting employees with benefit programs, enrollment, and questions
• →Supporting employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive work environment
• →Coordinating training, education, and professional development opportunities
• →Partnering with department leaders on staffing strategies and workforce needs
• →Maintaining employee records and ensuring HR compliance standards are met
• →Serving as a trusted resource for team member questions and concerns
• →Assisting with retention efforts and recognition programs
• →Championing the mission, values, and culture of Brookestone View

We are seeking someone who enjoys connecting with people and contributing to organizational success. Qualified candidates should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred
• Human Resources, recruiting, employee relations, or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for employee engagement, talent development, and workplace culture
