As a People Partner, you will support the daily People Operations function, working closely with the Director of People.
- Contribute to shaping people strategy for our next growth phase
- Coach managers on best practices; build trusted relationships across teams
- Assist with investigations of complex employee relations issues objectively and thoroughly
- Partner with managers and employees to strengthen morale, productivity, and retention
- Handle day-to-day HR inquiries (policy, pay, benefits) and support performance management (goals, PIPs, disciplinary actions)
- Design, implement, and improve people programs in a high-growth environment
- Collaborate on talent calibrations and compensation planning
- Support L&D initiatives, including training and career development
- Maintain HRIS data and personnel records; ensure compliance
- Administer leave (FMLA/ADA/state) and support benefits administration
- Track employment law compliance and prepare HR metrics/reports
- Support I-9/E-Verify, unemployment claims, and recruiting logistics
- Maintain HR policies and handbook documentation

Qualifications
- 3+ years as an HR Business Partner or Generalist, ideally with experience in manufacturing or start-up teams
- Broad HR exposure: compensation & benefits, compliance, employee relations
- Comfortable with hands-on operational work
- Strong communicator
- Data-driven, detail-oriented, thrives under pressure
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
