Wachter is accepting applications for a part-time receptionist in our Lowell office to work the noon to 5 pm shift. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing superior customer service under stressful conditions.

High school Diploma or equivalent required.

Must be available to work noon to 5 pm.

Excellent time management skills.

Effective communication skills and a strong commitment to providing superior customer service under stressful conditions.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.

Proficient in the use of an accounting software package.

Welcoming and greeting visitors, and notify who they are here to see.

Helping visitors navigate through our office.

Coordinating with various teams and managers with their respective visitors.

Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for the department.

Assist in maintaining calendars for appointments.

Sorting and distributing mail.
