Responsibilities

- →Coordinate implementation of contract-specific policies, SOPs, and operational directives received from leadership or federal stakeholders.
- →Provide direct oversight and support to site-level supervisors and administrative staff to ensure alignment with performance, safety, and quality standards.
- →Support contract transition planning, staffing optimization, and onboarding activities during startup or turnover periods.
- →Serve as a liaison between site-level staff and PM for daily updates, operational status, incident escalation, and compliance tracking.
- →Ensure compliance with all contract deliverables, especially those related to scheduling, physical fitness, firearms training, and background clearance requirements.
- →Review site inspection results, quality control findings, and training gaps to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- →Conduct staff coaching, issue resolution, and interagency coordination in collaboration with leadership personnel, law enforcement partners, and subcontractor staff.
Manages subordinates who supervise up to 100 employees of said account/posts. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the sites. Also directly supervises approximately 100 hourly employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with
the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. - →Minimum of 5 years of experience in security supervision, military leadership, or law enforcement command roles.
- →Relevant experience in security operations management, law enforcement, or military service at a comparable level of responsibility.
- →Prior experience managing large-scale security operations across multiple sites or jurisdictions, preferably for federal or DoD entities.
- →Strong working knowledge of contract compliance requirements, including guard force scheduling, clearance, physical fitness standards, and weapons licensing.
- →Ability to lead in high-tempo, mission-sensitive environments and make real-time decisions that affect personnel and mission outcomes.
- →Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate security clearances as defined by the contract’s site-specific requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating policies, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees, or organizations.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as overtime, payroll, pay rates, bill rates, work hours, complex schedules, discounts, commissions, and percentages.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should know Internet software, Inventory software, Payroll systems, and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) software skills.
- Current/valid state driver’s license
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
Requirements
~1 min read- Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check. Vehicle operators must be at least 25 years of age and have a driving record with no more than one moving violation.
- Must be available on-site during the Government's regular working hours.
- Must be capable of reporting on-site within one (1) hour after regular Government hours, if contacted
