Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Chattanooga, TN

• →At least 3 - 5 years of experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process is highly preferred.
• →Human Resources-related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
• →Associate's degree in HR or a related field.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations using the English language. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts with basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with accuracy.

REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

COMPUTER SKILLS:
To perform this job successfully, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator should possess intermediate skills in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and should have working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, Human Resources systems, and internet programs.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Membership in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and maintaining PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP certification is preferred.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be able to travel on a limited basis (10-15%) and on infrequent, occasional work nights and/or weekends. Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
