1. Effective ERP System Management: Ensure the stable operation, maintenance, support and growth of the ERP system, aligning with business objectives.
2. Business Process Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process enhancements through ERP system configuration, customisation and optimisation.
3. Data Integrity and Security: Ensure the security, integrity, and compliance of ERP system data.
   1. Lead the implementation, maintenance, and support of ERP system.
   2. 2. Design, develop, and implement ERP system configurations, customisations and integrations.
   3. Troubleshoot and resolve ERP system and user issues.
   4. 4. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
   5. Develop and maintain technical documentation.
   6. 6. Lead and mentor junior team members.
   7. 7. Ensure data integrity and security.
   8. Conduct system audits and performance tuning.
   9. 9. Collaborate with IT team on infrastructure and system upgrades.
   10. Collaborate with other product leads.
   11. Undertake small to medium-sized IT projects as instructed by the IT Manager.

Undertake identified personal training / development approved by the IT Manager and/or Directors

Deal with sensitive and confidential information in an appropriate manner.

Qualifications: Qualification in IT.

5+ years of experience in ERP implementation, support, and maintenance.

• SQL Database skills + database maintenance and management.
• Database Server management - troubleshooting, navigation and diagnosis
• Knowledge of crystal reports and Sage 300 ERP or similar is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
