We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Specialist to coordinate and support the development and launch of physical, design-driven products across our product portfolios. This role is an excellent opportunity for a product professional looking to further develop their expertise build expertise in physical product development, product specifications, product data management, and cross-functional collaboration within the luxury bath and kitchen industry.

 

As a key member of the Product team, you will work closely with partners across Engineering, Compliance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Channel Operations to help bring exceptionally crafted, design-driven products from concept to market and ensure the accuracy and integrity of product information, including product attributes, specifications, finishes, features, and item data, throughout the product lifecycle.

 

This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across physical product development, data management, and go-to-market execution while partnering with talented cross-functional teams. You will take an active role in bringing innovative, high-quality products to market and helping shape the customer experience through accurate, high-quality product information.

 

This is a hybrid role that requires onsite presence 3 days per week at the Danbury, CT Corporate office.

  • Support the execution of the Product Roadmap and coordinate physical product development projects from concept through market launch.
  • Coordinate product introductions, transitions, and lifecycle activities according to established timelines.
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure key project milestones are achieved, and critical information is communicated effectively.
  • Apply and continue to develop a strong working knowledge of technical product categories, materials, finishes, specifications, and industry trends to support ongoing business initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain the accuracy and integrity of physical product information across internal systems and digital platforms.
  • Coordinate product setup, including style definitions, item numbers, product categorization.
  • Maintain product attributes, specifications, finishes, and feature data to support business and customer needs.
  • Help ensure product information is current, consistent, accurate, and accessible across systems.
  • Coordinate and support product cost management processes and associated system updates.
  • Maintain project documentation and product line lists throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Coordinate physical product samples across internal teams and support inventory tracking and reconciliation.
  • Partner with Marketing on visual asset planning and execution for new product launches.
  • Prepare product-related materials to support training, marketing, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Respond to and resolve product data inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and cross-functional teams to proactively address product-related challenges and support evolving business priorities.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in physical product coordination, product development, project management, merchandising, operations, or a related field.
  • Experience working with design-driven consumer products, home furnishings, kitchen and bath products, fixtures, hardware, lighting, building materials, or similar physical product categories is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
  • Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills, with an interest in working across both creative and technical teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with business systems and product data management tools.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interest in continuing to grow and develop expertise within a physical Product organization and luxury, design-focused industry.
  • Experience with Smartsheet, PLM, or other product lifecycle management systems is a plus.
  • The level of this role may vary based on the selected candidate’s experience and qualifications.
