We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Content Operations Coordinator to join our team in Los Angeles. This role is a blend of editorial creativity and operational rigor. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of platform content, from copywriting and scheduling to quality assurance and performance analysis. The ideal candidate is a proactive troubleshooter who can maintain brand integrity while optimizing content for user engagement.

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Onsite 3x/wk)

Employment Type: 3-6 month temporary position, with potential to convert to full-time

Execute the content strategy by managing the daily content programming calendar.

Draft compelling, platform-specific copy for promotional materials and user-facing components.

Manage the scheduling and deployment of promotional assets to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Support lifecycle marketing efforts through the creation and distribution of email campaigns.

Rigorously enforce Brand Safety guidelines to protect the platform’s integrity and user experience.

Perform meticulous quality checks on all user-facing components to ensure functionality and visual accuracy.

Create, update, and maintain internal wikis and documentation for new platform features and operational workflows.

Assist with administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth department scaling.

Monitor content performance and platform health.

Utilize data to provide insights and recommendations for content optimization.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable navigating CMS platforms, scheduling tools, and data analytics software.

Strong attention to detail.

Must be based in Los Angeles, CA (or willing to commute).

Quantitative data analysis experience preferred.

Bilingual in English and Korean is required.

$55,000 - $75,000 / annually
