Data Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer with strong experience in building, optimizing, and maintaining modern data platforms and data warehousing solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Snowflake, data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and Python-based data engineering.

• →Design, develop, and maintain scalable ELT/ETL pipelines to ingest structured and semi-structured data into Snowflake.
• →Build and manage data ingestion workflows using Azure Data Factory (ADF), Python, SQL, or other integration tools.
• →Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and user-defined functions (UDFs) in Snowflake.
• →Monitor and improve Snowflake performance through query tuning, warehouse optimization, clustering strategies, result caching, materialized views, and partition pruning techniques.
• →Manage Snowflake warehouse sizing and utilization to achieve an optimal balance between performance and cost.
• →Design and implement logical and physical data models, including star, snowflake, normalized, and denormalized schemas for analytical and reporting workloads.
• →Develop scalable data warehouse solutions to support business intelligence and analytics requirements.
• →Implement ETL best practices including incremental loading, change data capture (CDC), data validation, and ETL auditing.
• →Ensure data quality, reliability, and governance across data pipelines and platforms.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver efficient data solutions.

• Strong expertise in Snowflake data warehousing and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Python for data processing, automation, and pipeline development.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
• Strong understanding of data warehouse design and data modeling principles.
• Experience designing and implementing ELT/ETL workflows.
• Knowledge of incremental load strategies, ETL auditing, and data quality frameworks.

• Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) for data integration and orchestration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Understanding of data governance, monitoring, and operational best practices.

• 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or related domains.
• Proven track record of delivering scalable, high-performance data solutions in enterprise environments.
