About You:

What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role:

• Design and develop predictive models, pricing solutions, recommendation engines, and automation tools for various banking services
• Perform deep-dive analysis on large datasets to identify patterns and features that improve model performance and business KPIs
• Assist in the deployment of models into production environments and help maintain the MLOps pipeline for versioning and monitoring.
• Support the implementation and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) and NLP tasks such as sentiment analysis and automated document processing
• Conduct feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and model validation to ensure high accuracy and ethical fairness (bias detection)
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Risk teams to translate business requirements into technical data science solutions
• Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate model performance and insights to stakeholders.

What is required and what we’re looking for:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or a similar analytical role
• Proficiency in Python and SQL is a must. Solid experience with machine learning libraries like Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Experience working with Spark/PySpark and big data environments to handle large-scale datasets
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI) and basic knowledge of MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Git)
• A strong interest in or prior exposure to banking/fintech, specifically in areas like credit scoring, fraud detection, or customer lifetime value
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
• A problem-solver who is comfortable with ambiguity and eager to stay updated on the latest AI trends and GenAI technologies
