About You:

  • You're a go-getter with mad juggling skills (or multiple hats) who can thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment

What You’ll Do and What Success Looks Like

  • Manage high-quality channel resources, follow up on referred clients, connect with them, and build strong links
  • Collect and organize client information, conduct preliminary due diligence visits when needed, ensure a seamless onboarding experience, and maintain trusting relationships
  • Dive deep into target industries and communities (e.g., cross-border e-commerce seller groups, trade shows, industrial clusters) to gather and analyze market trends and dynamics
  • Master our financing products (e.g., SC/VC financing, trade finance) to tailor solutions for clients' specific business scenarios, while systematically relaying real client needs and feedback to product and risk teams
  • Actively explore and establish collaborations with cross-border e-commerce service providers (e.g., payments, ERP, logistics), platforms, or industry associations to expand efficient customer acquisition channels

 

What is Required and What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of B2B client experience with a proven, verifiable track record of strong performance
  • Experience as a client relationship manager in cross-border e-commerce, supply chain finance, corporate finance services, or foreign trade B2B; familiarity with Amazon seller ecosystem preferred
  • Strong self-motivation, resilience, and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and overcome challenges in the early growth phase
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage effectively with SME owners and financial decision-makers
  • Strong learning agility to quickly grasp financial product logic, risk controls, and compliance essentials
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese)
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Relationship Manager
