About You:

What you’ll do and what success looks like:

• Perform regular call monitoring for Welab business units to ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
• Perform periodic KCSA of the bank operations and business unit as first line of defence to ensure the Bank’s routine operations are executed in a strict adherence of specifications stated in procedure manuals
• Identify, articulate and quantify any major discrepancies and prepare review reports with findings and recommendations to Business Control Manager
• Follow up on management responses and rectification action items
• Monitor the progress of risk control measure implementation
• Track the bank risk exposure in its daily operations
• Maintain operations teams MI and prepare presentations deck for Management review
• Performing general administrative tasks and centralise log record for Operations team's controlling purpose
  

What we’re looking for:

• Degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Operation Management, Risk Management or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years' experience in banking operations with emphasis on centralised processing and control function
• Passionate in shaping a brand-new banking experience to the market
• Solid knowledge of internal control principles and ability to assess risk in various dimensions
• Strong understanding of digital/online/virtual operations
• Good communication skills and able to articulate complex information for audiences of different backgrounds
• Self-motivated, highly independent team player with great sense of ownership
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize and deliver high quality work
• Excellent command of spoken and written Cantonese and English
• Less experience candidate will be considered as Officer
