The family is specifically seeking consistent, non-agency support to ensure continuity of care due to his condition. They are open to starting with short, intermittent shifts and gradually increasing hours as trust and comfort are established.

• Initial schedule: Tuesdays, 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
• Part-time, intermittent care with opportunity to expand hours over time
• Flexible growth based on family and caregiver fit

• Smoke-free home with friendly dogs and cats
• Strong preference for consistency and long-term caregiver relationship
• Family caregiver (mother) is primary support and needs respite time away from the home
