• →Support and mentor Raters to improve rating consistency.
• →Ensure annotations meet project guidelines and quality standards.

• →Collaborate with global teams and clients to maintain high-quality deliverables.

• You are a German speaker currently located in Germany.
• You have 1+ year of experience in Rating, AI Evaluation, Search Quality, Data Annotation, or Content Evaluation.
• You have English proficiency (B2 or above).
• You have strong analytical, communication, and research skills.
• You're comfortable using Google Workspace.

• German language proficiency is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of Rating/Annotation/Evaluation experience is required.
• Must be authorized to work as a freelancer in Germany.
