As a Search Quality Rater, you aren't just clicking buttons—you are the human intelligence that trains AI to be more helpful, relevant, and intuitive for users across Spain.

The Mission: Your goal is to act as the cultural bridge between Spanish users and search technology, ensuring that every result is meaningful, high-quality, and perfectly aligned with what the user actually needs.

• Location: 100% Remote (Must be currently living in Spain).
• Weekly Hours: Flexible (Minimum 10 hours, up to 20 hours).
• Rate: $14/hour
• Start Date: ASAP.
• Employment Type: Freelance / Independent Contractor.

• →Intent Analysis: Use your "intuition" to determine if a search result actually satisfies a user’s query.
• →Content Evaluation: Provide subjective and objective ratings for websites and ads based on specific project rules.
• →AI Augmentation: Help refine AI algorithms by identifying when search results are unhelpful or culturally irrelevant.

• Language: Native-level proficiency in Spanish (Spain) and a strong command of English.
• Tech-Savviness: Web-savvy with the ability to navigate complex guidelines and online research tools.
• Local Expertise: Deep understanding of current events, social trends, and cultural nuances in Spain.
• Admin Ready: You must be VAT registered (CIF/NIF) with the appropriate tax information to facilitate payments.
