Welo Data is a leading localization and data transformation company, and we run one of the world's largest Ads Rating Programs. We're looking for fluent Telugu speakers to join our global team and play a critical role in shaping how digital advertisements are delivered to millions of end-users.

Essentially, you are the human intelligence guiding the Artificial Intelligence, telling it which ads truly hit the mark based on user searches and cultural relevance.

• →Review and Grade: Evaluate internet advertisements and search results based on specific user keywords.
• →Provide Feedback: Directly inform the AI program how effective, relevant, or irrelevant its advertisement suggestions are.
• →Cultural Curation: Use your expertise in Indian and Telugu-speaking culture to ensure ads are appropriate, accurate, and highly relevant to the target audience.
• →Dual Language Work: Perform reviews and analysis across both English and Telugu content.
