About the Role
~1 min readAs a Client Service Coordinator, you’ll be the trusted voice guiding clients and partner organisations through important, often emotional moments. You’ll provide clarity, reassurance, and practical support, ensuring clients feel informed and confident at every step.
This is a high‑engagement, phone‑based role (around 80%) where you’ll build strong communication skills, resilience, and professional maturity.

Supporting clients and partners via phone and email
