We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join a growing waste management and logistics business. This is a fast-paced, varied role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, working across multiple systems, and delivering high-quality service.

About the Role
~1 min readYou will be responsible for handling a mix of inbound and outbound customer interactions, supporting both customer service and administrative operations.
The role sits within a close-knit team environment where collaboration, accountability, and clear communication are highly valued. The business is growing rapidly, with ongoing system changes and acquisitions, so adaptability will be key.
Responsibilities

- →Handle service requests, bookings, and general customer enquiries
- →Assist with invoice and billing queries
- →Maintain accurate records within CRM systems
- →Work across multiple systems and adapt to ongoing process changes
- →Ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner
- →Collaborate with team members to achieve service targets and KPIs
- Proven commitment to roles is essential - we want someone who will grow in this role for at least 24 months, master the role, and learn the business.
- Strong background in customer service or contact centre environments
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, KPI-driven roles
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks across different channels
- Adaptable and open to learning new systems and processes (CRM experience desirable, e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, 8x8)
- Team-oriented with a proactive and accountable work ethic
