Are you looking for a challenging job as an Electronics Design engineer in the aerospace industry? We are looking for a passionate Junior Electronics Design Engineer to strengthen our existing team of talented engineers. The first challenges on your list will be the design and verification of electronics for high-end wind tunnel applications
As an Electronics Design Engineer, you will work at the heart of our high-end products, including data acquisition, processing and control applications. You will be involved in the full design lifecycle from requirements, architecture design, detailed design & implementation to integration, verification and qualification. You will collaborate closely with other disciplines such as embedded software, FPGA and systems engineers. Your work days are never the same and your impact will be felt from specification to final deliverable.
Your responsibilities:
Electronics Requirements Engineering and Architecture and Interfaces definition
Component selection, circuit simulation and design (analogue and digital)
PCB design
Board-level Functional and Performance verification
System-level verification of your designs
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary engineering teams
Document your designs, simulations and test results
A master degree in Electronics or a related field;
Hands-on experience in analogue and digital electronics design, this can be working experience and experience from hands-on student/dream teams like for example Nebula, DARE, RISE, Formula Student, InMotion, Solar teams, Delfi, Aster, Falcon, etc.;
Experience with EDA tool suites like Altium, Cadence, KiCAD or Siemens EDA (Mentor Graphics);
Hands-on experience with lab test equipment for hardware validation;
Familiarity with high-speed design is a plus;
Affinity with the (aero)space industry is welcomed;
A proactive, problem solving and hands-on team player mindset, but be able to work independently;
Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken (C1 level).
