What’s the role?

If you love the idea of shaping how risk comes to life in the merchant payments world, this role puts you right where the action is. Based full time in a hybrid model from Sydney, you’ll guide the way we design, strengthen and operationalise risk controls that protect our customers and support our growth.
You’ll partner across the business to lead merchant risk projects, uplift accreditation processes and translate complex risk insights into practical, business friendly solutions. You’ll also help drive smarter decisioning through our automated risk engine and ensure our frameworks adjust quickly to new fraud patterns and industry shifts. It’s a role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity and knows how to collaborate to get things done.

What do I need?
• Experience across merchant banking or the merchant payments ecosystem
• Confidence making commercial risk decisions
• Strong problem solving abilities and organisational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a broad set of stakeholders
• Familiarity with project delivery approaches and merchant risk controls
