In this leader of leaders role you will use your banking, capability uplift and leadership experience to translate strategy into action by leading, designing and delivering high‑impact Banker learning experiences that build enduring capability and high performance at scale. Whilst also modernising how we learn through innovation, discipline, and momentum to set the standard for impact across the division.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Work closely with stakeholders to understand the divisional business and people strategy and objectives
- →Lead a high-performing learning design team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
- →Manage end-to-end course design processes, documentation, and quality assurance, leading to best-in-class banker learner experience
- →Ensure a strong governance framework to meet strict criteria across risk, project quality, budgets and timelines
- →Lead the team in transforming and modernising learning experiences
- →Building team capability as well as fluency in safe, ethical, and effective AI practices
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Extensive prior frontline banking experience
- Demonstrated experience leading capability uplift
- Strong focus on delivery/outcomes – you will be expected to deliver tangible outcomes at speed
- Knowledge of emerging technologies (e.g.AI, adaptive learning or AI-assisted content creation tools)
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills, including the ability to deliver results across cross functional teams outside your direct reporting lines
- Ability to operate across and coordinate multiple priorities
- Strong people leadership capability, and able to drive robust team engagement
- Exposure to running a graduate program would be desirable
