You’ll lead the way on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion across our Technology division, shaping how inclusion shows up in the way we work, lead and grow. This is a full-time role based in Sydney Warrane, Gadigal Country.
As Executive Manager, Technology DEI, you’ll design and deliver a clear and practical DEI strategy for Technology, working closely with senior leaders, Group DEI and People teams. You’ll partner with General Managers and their leadership teams to embed inclusive ways of working, strengthen workforce diversity outcomes and support strategic workforce planning.
You’ll bring insight, curiosity and creativity to complex challenges, using data and storytelling to inform decisions, shape board papers and influence enterprise-wide initiatives. You’ll lead a small team and manage large scale, cross functional change, building strong governance, reporting and communication rhythms that help Technology move forward with confidence.
This role is about impact. You’ll help create a culture where people feel they belong, can do their best work and see a future for themselves in Technology.
- Proven ability to define and deliver enterprise-wide DEI strategies and initiatives at scale.
- Demonstrated experience influencing senior executives and navigating complex, multi-layered stakeholder environments.
- Strong strategic problem-solving capability, with the ability to translate insights into actionable, business-aligned outcomes.
- Extensive experience leading large-scale, cross-functional organisational transformation.
- Established track record of building, leading and inspiring diverse, high-performing teams.
- Technology-savvy with an understanding of the Technology landscape; ability to leverage digital and AI-driven solutions to enhance DEI outcomes is highly regarded.
