Head of Media & Strategic Partners

What’s the role? 

This role puts you at the centre of Westpac’s enterprise media and partnership decisions. 

You’ll define and lead the Group wide media and strategic partnerships strategy, shaping how we invest, who we partner with and how those partnerships come to life across the business. You’ll bring together brand ambition, commercial outcomes and disciplined governance to ensure our media and partnership portfolio delivers clear value and growth. 

You’ll work closely with executive leaders across Marketing, Finance, Corporate Affairs, Risk and Digital, acting as a trusted advise on investment decisions. You’ll also lead and develop a high performing team and agency ecosystem, setting a strong culture of accountability, performance and innovation. 

This is a full time role based in Sydney, Gadigal Country, with flexible and hybrid working available. 

What do I need? 

• Experience leading enterprise level media and partnership strategy 
• Strong commercial acumen with confidence in investment and portfolio decisions 
• Ability to influence and advise senior leaders across the organisation 
• Deep understanding of media effectiveness, measurement and attribution 
• Proven leadership of teams, agencies and complex partner ecosystems
