Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Specialist and Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting various HR functions. This role is crucial in attracting and retaining top talent as well as ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
    • Post job openings on various platforms and manage the applicant tracking system.
    • Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate the interview process.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Onboarding and Training:
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
    • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for employees.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
    • Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Compliance and Policy Management:
    • Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with labor laws and organizational standards.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Data Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
    • Generate reports and metrics to assess recruitment effectiveness and workforce trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related area.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficient in HR software, we utilize Bamboo.
