Compensation: Competitive base pay + performance-based bonuses (discussed in interview)
About the Role:
As Pegasus Recovery Solutions continues to grow, we are seeking experienced and dependable LPR Team Leads to help manage and support our License Plate Recognition (LPR) drivers in designated markets. This new position will serve as the right hand to our LPR Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, training, performance coaching, and quality control.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience in LPR operations, understands the field demands, and is ready to step into a leadership role while still being hands-on.

Key
Responsibilities:

• Assist the LPR Manager in overseeing LPR driver operations in your assigned market
• Monitor driver attendance, scan counts, area coverage, and vehicle recovery data
• Provide on-the-ground training for new LPR drivers
• Conduct regular ride-alongs and vehicle audits to ensure safety, compliance, and performance standards
• Be the first line of support for driver issues, escalations, and area adjustments
• Track and report daily/weekly performance metrics to the LPR Manager
• Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and data-driven performance
  

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have prior experience as an LPR Driver or in the repossession field
• Are tech-savvy and comfortable using GPS, repo software, and camera systems
• Lead by example and take pride in clean work, clear communication, and teamwork
• Are dependable, punctual, and able to coach others toward excellence
• Can work independently but are also a team player
• Have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and can pass a background check
• Are 24 years or older (insurance purposes)
