Your day is a blend of problem-solving, connection, and collaboration. You’ll start by checking in on open cases and coordinating with partners, ensuring each customer’s service request is met with attention and efficiency. You’ll interact with clients, tackle occasional challenges, and enjoy the satisfaction of making things right—all while helping us reach our goal of next-day delivery, every time!
Handle first-line customer inquiries and assist with any issues, perform order checks and follow up with customers through calls
Quickly address customer issues by coordinating with service and production partners to find solutions
Process customer tickets and inquiries in a timely manner and keep customers informed by proactively updating them on the status of their service request
Collaborate on optimizing processes to prevent future issues, using insights from customer interactions to enhance overall service quality
Responding to quote requests from customers and maintaining contact with factories regarding quote follow-up
Receiving incoming orders and coordinating with factories and ensuring that window frames are put into production on time
Contacting customers after delivery to discuss their experience and collecting customer input and communicating it back to the organization
Coordinating the entire service process by collecting, following up, and providing feedback to involved parties
Native-level proficiency in Dutch (any other language is a plus, especially German)
You have affinity with the building sector and its technicalities
You master clear and effective communication with customers and teams
The ability to resolve issues and provide solutions promptly
Ensuring all order checks and customer queries are handled accurately
Maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and experience
Efficiently managing multiple tasks and customer inquiries
