  • Assist with development of training materials
  • Provide support during end-user training and go-live readiness
  • Participate in at-the-elbow support during implementation

Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between clinical teams and the project team
  • Engage front-line staff to ensure solutions reflect real-world practice

Informatics Development & System Coverage

As part of this role, selected candidates will also:

  • Build clinical informatics competencies in system design, workflow optimization, and digital tools
  • Provide operational support and coverage for informatics-related activities as needed
  • Contribute to building internal informatics capacity and sustainability beyond the HIS project

This component is intended to strengthen WHCA’s long-term clinical informatics capability while supporting current-state operations during the transition.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Regulated health professional or equivalent clinical experience
