## The team you will be a part of
The Sales Development team is responsible for sales training programs and training outcomes. Works with sales management to gain knowledge of training scenarios, and facilitates a variety of on and off site sales training courses to support the further development of the sales training curriculum. Training sessions can include new hire orientation, product training, sales process and consultative selling, presentation skills, phone selling skills and any other key learning required by sales management.

El rol del Sales Representative Analyst, tiene como objetivo principal, la negociación con Socios Comerciales,
fungiendo como la conexión directa e involucrándose en los procesos del cliente. Este puesto trabaja de la mano
con áreas internas y funcionales como Logística, S&OP, Merchandising, Crédito, Finanzas, Trade Markeing,
Consumer Service, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos y ejecutando las estrategias comerciales.
## Your responsibilities will include
Gestión y administración de las cuentas existentes en el canal, construyendo una relación duradera de
crecimiento y rentabilidad para ambas partes, que asegure una participación de mercado cada vez mayor dentro
de la zona geográfica asignada.
\- Cumplir y maximizar los KPI ́s de las cuentas (DCM, Volumen, Mezcla, BOF, BOS, MS, TPI, MAPE).
\- Ejecutar la estrategia de precios, descuentos, promociones, incentivos y convenios comerciales con los clientes
alineados a las políticas de la empresa, llevando un control administrativo - financiero de las cuentas.
\- Asegurar la ejecución diaria, semanal y mensual de facturación, entregas de pedidos, dar seguimiento a los
programas de producción y arribo de mercancía para cubrir back order, gestionando adelantos de citas o recibo,
asegurando un pronóstico de ventas efectivo, como apoyo al área de S&OP & Logística.
\- Contínua visita al piso de venta para conocer a profundidad el proceso comercial del cliente y proponer acciones
que maximicen los resultados, evaluando cuadros básicos, oportunidades de mercado, competencia o industria.
\- Trabajo en equipo con las áreas de Trade Marketing, Merchandising, Mercadotecnia, Logística, Consumer Care y
Finanzas para garantizar comunicación efectiva, maximizar oportunidades y ser asesores hacia el Trade Partner.
## Minimum requirements
Graduado de las carreras de Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de empresas, Marketing o afines.
\- Experiencia de 3-4 años en un puesto comercial de Especificación, o afín.
\- Habilidad para priorizar y manejar múltiples tareas al mismo tiempo.
\- Habilidades analíticas.
\- Con orientación a resultados, servicio y solución de problemas.
\- Resiliencia a la frustración.
\- Adaptabilidad a los cambios.
\- Nivel avanzado de Google Suite
\- Inglés Intermedio - Avanzado
