Production Helper Day Shift

• →Assist in the loading and unloading of raw materials, components, and finished products.
• →Inspect products for defects or imperfections during the production process.
• →Keep the production area clean and organized.
• →Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
• →Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.
• →Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to ensure a smooth workflow.
• →Seek opportunities for continuous improvement and skill development.
• →Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Strong Mathematical skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift/move heavy objects.
• Overhead crane experience is a plus.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
• Must be able to tolerate working in warehouse conditions.
