Responsibilities

→Previous industrial painting or manufacturing experience required.
→Strong knowledge of industrial painting techniques and safety practices.
→Experience operating overhead cranes and forklifts is essential.
→Working knowledge of production planning and scheduling.
→Knowledge of inventory control and maintaining accurate inventory records.
→Ability to create and maintain daily production reports.
→Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
→Strong communication and leadership skills.
→Ability to train, coach, and support team members.
→Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
→Must pass a pulmonary fit test to meet safety and health standards.
