Profile

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and creative bid professional who enjoys bringing together information, shaping engaging content, and ensuring every submission reflects the innovation, expertise, and collaborative spirit that define the practice. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping us win work by telling the Whitby Wood story. Who we are, what we do, and why it matters.

Working closely with colleagues across the practice and the wider marketing team, you will coordinate and contribute to high-quality bids, presentations, and business development activities. From supporting strategic pursuits and developing persuasive narratives to creating visually engaging submission materials, you will help communicate the expertise, innovation, and collaborative approach that set Whitby Wood apart.

This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking, content creation, and visual communication. It will suit a bid professional who is curious about engineering, design, and the built environment, and who is motivated by the opportunity to shape winning submissions that support the continued growth and success of the practice.

Support project and brand storytelling, including case studies and award submissions. Editing and refining content to ensure clarity, consistency in tone of voice and visual identity, and impact.
