We’re looking for a Sr. Climber Arborist with 3–5+ years of advanced climbing experience who can lead by example, mentor the crew, and deliver high-quality, safe, efficient production.

Perform complex climbs, technical rigging, precision removals, and pruning

Work from rope & saddle, bucket truck, aerial lift, or crane

Follow ANSI A300 & Z133 standards

Conduct job briefings, hazard assessments, and emergency readiness

Lead by example with PPE and safety protocols

Operate loaders, stump grinders, chippers, lifts, and crane-assisted setups

Use modern climbing and rigging systems (SRT/ DRT, GCRS)

Perform daily gear checks and maintenance

Coach less experienced climbers and ground crew

Support cleanup, stump grinding, planting, hauling

Ability to get in and out of a vehicle multiple times per day

Ability to safely work in adverse and varied weather conditions

Ability to safely work in environments containing hazardous or poisonous plants, and wildlife, including insects, reptiles, and other naturally occurring hazards

Ability to lift 50 lbs. repetitively throughout the day

Ability to perform physical labor in moderate to high difficulty range 40-55 hours per week

VALID Driver’s License (required)

CDL preferred

3+ years professional climbing experience

Ability to pass pre-employment & random drug testing

ISA, TRAQ, CTSP preferred

W2 Hourly (Paid Weekly) + Overtime

Defined qualification and compensation levels based on Career Pathways standards

Climbing Arborist I: $30/hour

Climbing Arborist II: $32/ hour

Climbing Arborist III: $35/ hour
