Fullstack Software Engineer at EMMA — where human intuition meets AI precision. You will build the systems that enable this, and your work will directly shape how thousands of users experience AI in their daily workflows. You’ll join an international team and help shape the future of AI-driven digitalization.

  • Design and implement new features across the platform (Backend: C#/.NET, Frontend: modern experiences with TypeScript)
  • Build and evolve the systems powering the cognitive AI agent, making human–AI collaboration natural, reliable, and production-ready
  • Improve code quality, performance, and stability through refactoring, profiling, and thoughtful architecture decisions
  • Contribute to architecture discussions and code reviews to shape sustainable technical direction
  • Work closely with Product Management and QA to deliver features that solve real user problems
  • Collaborate within an agile/Scrum environment (planning, reviews, retrospectives) to keep delivery continuous and sharp
  • Strong professional experience with C#/.NET and TypeScript, and a track record of delivering production-grade software
  • Deep understanding of distributed systems (API design, messaging protocols, real-time communication, and trade-offs)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and a mindset of shipping with confidence
  • are for software architecture, clean code, and engineering best practices
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working in a cross-functional engineering team
  • Analytical thinking and clarity in problem-solving—breaking down complexity into deliberate, well-reasoned decisions
  • Good knowledge of English and German
