This isn’t just kitchen support. It’s the environment where future chefs, bakers and hospitality professionals learn what “good” actually looks like.
In this role, you’ll work behind the scenes in our kitchen and bakery facilities, making sure everything is ready, safe and running properly so students can focus on developing real, hands-on food production skills.
From weighing ingredients and preparing equipment to maintaining hygiene standards and supporting live practical sessions, you’ll help create a working environment that feels like a real industry kitchen. When everything is set up right, students don’t just complete a task — they learn how to work to professional standards.
You’ll also work directly with learners and staff during practical sessions, helping students build confidence, accuracy and discipline in their craft. The small things you do every day make a big difference to the quality of their learning experience.
If you’ve worked in a kitchen, bakery or catering environment and understand the importance of precision, safety and organisation, this is a chance to bring that experience into a role that directly supports the next generation of hospitality professionals.
