Responsibilities

→Design and animate graphics for trailers, TV spots, and streaming promos
→Stay hands-on in After Effects and Cinema 4D while leading campaigns end-to-end
→Mentor motion designers and review all graphics before delivery
→Partner with editors, producers, and CDs to manage workflows and deadlines
→Manage multiple simultaneous campaigns in fast-paced production
→Contribute to project scoping, scheduling, and resource planning

6-10 + years in motion graphics, AV marketing, and theatrical advertising
Expert-level After Effects and Cinema 4D; strong compositing and finishing
Portfolio of trailer graphics, title design, logo animation, and streaming promos
Deep knowledge of AV finishing pipelines and broadcast/streaming deliverables
Experience leading motion graphics teams with strong creative communication

Nice to Have

Advanced 3D skills and familiarity with AI-assisted motion workflows

Pay Range

$150,000—$170,000 USD
